These Terms of Use govern your use of Redo AI, including our mobile application, website, AI features, and related services provided by Redo AI.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Redo AI, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should discontinue use of the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into these Terms. If you use Redo AI on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

3. The Service

Redo AI provides AI-assisted tools for visualizing interior design concepts from user-provided photos and instructions. Generated results are creative visualizations and may differ from real-world dimensions, materials, lighting, construction conditions, availability, or final renovation outcomes.

4. User Content

You retain your rights in content you submit to Redo AI. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, transmit, modify, and display that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, and provide the service, subject to our Privacy Policy.

You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions for any content you upload.

5. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated results may contain errors, unexpected elements, or similarities to other generated material. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them. Redo AI does not provide architectural, engineering, construction, safety, legal, or professional design advice.

Any renovation, construction, electrical, plumbing, structural, or safety decision should be reviewed by a qualified professional where appropriate.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use Redo AI to violate applicable law, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, upload content you lack permission to use, interfere with the service, bypass access controls, reverse engineer restricted parts of the service, distribute malware, or use automated methods in a manner that materially burdens our systems.

7. Subscriptions and Purchases

Redo AI may offer paid subscriptions, trials, or one-time purchases. Prices and available plans are shown before purchase. Purchases made through Apple are charged to your Apple ID and are governed by Apple’s applicable payment and subscription terms.

If a subscription renews automatically, it continues for the selected billing period unless canceled through your Apple account settings before renewal. Any free-trial conversion and renewal terms presented in the app at checkout form part of these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

Redo AI, including its branding, software, interface, design, and other proprietary materials, is owned by Redo AI or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Third-Party Services

The service may depend on third-party platforms, AI providers, hosting services, analytics tools, or payment systems. We are not responsible for third-party services that operate under their own terms and policies.

10. Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of Redo AI, introduce new features, change usage limits, or update pricing where permitted by law. We may also restrict access when necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or misuse prevention.

11. Disclaimer

Redo AI is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties that are legally excludable, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Redo AI and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Redo AI. Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability will be limited to the amount permitted by applicable law.

13. Termination

You may stop using Redo AI at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created security or legal risk, or misused the service.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of United States, excluding conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer law in your place of residence applies.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as Redo AI evolves. The effective date above will indicate the latest published version. Continued use after an update may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.
